Stock temperature and machine speed are parameters affecting greatly working conditions at the wet-end of a machine room. Efficient mist removal at the source is important to ensure good ventilation in this area. Air volume capacity is also selected to ensure an adequate exhaust at the source and air movement from front to back providing good working conditions on tending sides. |
We manufacture our Air Make-Up Units in a way that utilize the maximum amount of heat from process exhausts, in order to reduce energy costs in cold climates. Additionally, our systems provide a good evaporative cooling effect due to air movement during the summer months. When possible, units are pre-assembled in the shop reducing therefore installation cost. |
